Job Description

Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Full Stack Developer to work for our company.

Summary:

• Client Agency is DHS.
• Must be able to pass DHS Background check (Basic eligibility requirements include: U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history, no recent or pending bankruptcies).
• The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our web applications. The Full Stack Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
• Will evaluate technical trends and provide recommendations for technology and architecture to meet business objectives.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass DHS Background check (Basic eligibility requirements include: U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history, no recent or pending bankruptcies).
• Must have 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Must have hands on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and AngularJS.
• Must have hands on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Must have hands-on experience with Java for back-end development.
• Must be familiar with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Must have hands on experience with Cloud Platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Must have knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker and OpenShift), and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Preferences:

• An active CISSP, CISA, or CASP+ certification.
• An active certification in AWS or Azure
• An active CSM or Agile certification
