Master Kitchen is expanding with opportunity for an experienced Custom Kitchen, Bath & Closet Design Professional with a solid sales record and ownership mindset. We have been serving South Florida for over 15 years, and striving to create a progressive environment that is ripe with earning and learning potential.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum: Associate Degree with 5+ Years design experience in the Custom Kitchen and Bath remodeling/design industry
• Must be highly motivated, passionate & driven to succeed in sales
• Experience using 20/20, Mozaik, SketchUp and/or other compatible design software
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Basic knowledge of residential construction, including but not limited to: plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, mechanical, etc
• Awareness and interest of the design industry
• Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interpret customer ideas into realistic plans, articulate deadlines, expectations and needs with customers and management
• Ability to perform tasks and manage time with minimal oversight in a team environment.
• Highly organized with strong discipline and attention to detail
• Flexible and can work a schedule that includes weekend hours
• Self-starter, quick learner, embraces change.
• Team player focused on working together toward our combined success

Responsibilities Include:

• Present high-quality drawings and renderings, and detailed proposals according to the client’s needs
• Meet and exceed sales objectives for assigned and prospective clients
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding services, products, pricing, schedule, and contract terms
• Educate customers about Company’s products and services, and the processes related to their purchase
• Design projects using company software (20-20, Mozaik, and/or SketchUp)
• Track and report customer contacts, leads and sales
• Complete field measures as needed and provide account management
• Initiates and closes sales of company approved products
• Complete and process all required documentation
• Make presentations to potential customers in the store or in the field as required
• Represent self and the Company in a professional manner
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
• Walk all installed jobs after a successful completion

A Plus:

• A Degree in Interior Design is preferred, but not required.
• Industry certification
• Knowledge of NKBA Guidelines
• Buildertrend and/or Quickbooks Proficiency
• Ability to read and comprehend architectural drawings
