Job Description

Medical-Professional Direct Hire Recruiter | Tulsa, OK 

$22-$24/hour + Commission (monthly)

Responsibilities:

New Business Development:

  • Secure new job orders and bring in new healthcare/professional clients.
  • Identify prospective clients through referrals, networking, social media, and internet research.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in the medical/professional industry.
  • Regularly follow up with prospects to ensure we’re in line to support their next hiring needs.
  • Actively attend healthcare industry events to network and generate leads.
  • Maintain an organized CRM system, adding new contacts, updating client information, and tracking opportunities.

Candidate Marketing & Placement:

  • Proactively market highly qualified healthcare/professional candidates to hiring managers.
  • Secure interviews and shepherd candidates through the hiring process to ensure successful placements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by offering responsive and top-tier service.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Understand client needs through ongoing consultations and ensure we provide the right healthcare/professional talent.
  • Keep client requirements documented and communicate effectively with internal teams.
  • Follow up on existing engagements to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
  • Manage contracts, and purchase orders, ensuring smooth administrative operations.
  • Actively seek referrals from satisfied clients to grow the business.

Recruiting & Candidate Engagement:

  • Develop recruiting strategies to attract, qualify, and engage healthcare professionals.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, work ethic, and cultural fit for clients.
  • Present professional candidate profiles to clients, highlighting their strengths and aligning them with client needs.
  • Maintain a strong candidate network and engage regularly for referrals.

Order Fulfillment:

  • Take job orders with a comprehensive understanding of client needs, ensuring we have the competitive edge.
  • Facilitate the placement process by managing candidate presentations, interview scheduling, and compensation negotiations.
  • Keep clients updated throughout the hiring process to build trust and prevent miscommunication

Social Media & Market Presence:

  • Stay active on LinkedIn and other platforms by posting relevant content and promoting open healthcare positions.
  • Engage with social media reviews from candidates and clients to strengthen the company’s brand.

* Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals.

* Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills.

* Provide management with information or training related to interviewing, performance appraisals, counseling techniques, or documentation of performance issues.

* Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports.

* Advise management on organizing, preparing, or implementing recruiting or retention programs.

* Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.

* Administer employee benefit plans.

* Schedule or administer skill, intelligence, psychological, or drug tests for current or prospective employees.

* Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants.

* Review and evaluate applicant qualifications or eligibility for specified licensing, according to established guidelines and designated licensing codes.

* Evaluate recruitment or selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, or testing standards, recommending revisions, as needed.

* Coordinate with outside staffing agencies to secure temporary employees, based on departmental needs.

* Evaluate selection or testing techniques by conducting research or follow-up activities and conferring with management or supervisory personnel.
