LOOKING FOR RELIABLE RECEPTIONIST/SUPPORT STAFF FOR ANIMAL HOSPITAL IN EBENSBURG, PA

• Must be on time and reliable-we can accommodate days off, but as the face of the office, you need to be here when we are open. (M 8:15a-6:00p, Tu 8:15a-5:00p, Th 8:15a-5:00p, Fr 8:15a-4:00p and every other Sat 8:30am-Noon)
• Be the first point of contact for the office, must be able to triage and take detailed messages.
• Must be able to handle a 2-line phone system.
• Must be courteous and professional (experience in customer service is required).
• Listen to and return messages as soon as possible each morning.
• Must be familiar with the computer.
• Apply payments to client accounts.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Check clients in, prepare charts for exams, weigh patients.
• Pull and file charts in alphabetical order.
• Stock rooms.
• Must be able to complete basic cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, light dishes.
• Keep your workstation clean and presentable.
• Stock and clean bathrooms.
• Upkeep proper forms and make copies.
• Must be willing and eager to learn, responsibilities can be increased with experience.
