Job Description:
We're seeking a friendly and energetic individual to join our small tax office as a client services representative and entry-level front desk associate. This position is perfect for those starting their career or looking for a work environment with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule appointments for tax consultations and preparations
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with light office duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling software)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
