Key Responsibilities:

• Provide toptier customer support to Frenchspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
• Efficiently resolve customer inquiries regarding products or services.
• Escalate issues as necessary while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problemsolving.
• Log and manage customer interactions within internal systems.

Requirements:

• Fluency in French (C1 level or higher).
• Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
• Eligibility to work in Greece.
