About the job
Our client is30 looking for freelance technical recruiters who are interested in working with exciting venture-backed tech startups to help grow their teams. In particular, we are looking for recruiters with a proven track record working with early-stage startups in SF, NYC, or LA.
On any given day you will work closely with hiring managers to:
- Deeply understand their team, hiring needs, and job requirements clients are looking for in open requisitions.
- Source, identify, and refer both active and passive qualified candidates from both established credible sources and unorthodox creative places where top talent can be found.
- Collaborate with the team on maximizing your candidates and referrals
We are looking for folks who have:
- 2+ years experience working with high-growth tech startups. Deep understanding of the early/growth stage startup landscape.
- Strong understanding of technical recruiting. Has proven abilities to attract passive top-tier candidates [Preferred].
- Previous experience at a recruiting agency (preferably boutique/small agencies focused on tech startups).
- Strong focus on candidate experience, making sure coordination between the clients and candidates is done well until hire.
