**Job Description:**
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented freelance bookkeeper to manage our QuickBooks account. You will be responsible for reconciling accounts, maintaining up-to-date financial records, and providing clear monthly reports on profits, losses, and balance sheets. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable working independently with minimal oversight.
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
* Manage and maintain QuickBooks account
* Reconcile business accounts monthly
* Ensure all transactions are accurately categorized
* Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements (P&L and balance sheet)
* Communicate regularly for any clarification or financial planning input
**Duration:**
Ongoing freelance role with a recurring monthly workload.
