About Kalder

It has never been more expensive to acquire customers or challenging to retain them. Existing marketing and engagement channels are, at best, saturated and, at worst, actively deteriorating.

Kalder is building the next layer of engagement infrastructure to solve brands’ and creators to solve customer acquisition and retention problems – mobilizing communities and creating engagement beyond products.

We are creating a suite of no-code web3 tools that empower brands and creators to efficiently onboard new consumers, reward loyal customers, and build composable digital asset ecosystems that create enduring community engagement. For more information, visit  Kalder.app

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CEO, engineering team, and product leads to design new modalities for brands to incorporate web3 primitives into their marketing and engagement toolkits
  • Shape the vision of how Kalder will build innovative tools that authentically mesh with strong customer brand identities
  • Lead a team of designers to translate platform workflows into delightful, intuitive designs
  • Push the boundaries of your team’s UX/UI/visual execution and explore divergent concepts

  • Superb attention to detail: Advocate and implement high-quality, well-crafted visual design, brand design with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to understand and transform big, complex problems at the intersection of web3 and consumer and turn them into feature sets
  • Help deliver and refine clear storytelling and flows around product needs and opportunities
  • Excited by the challenge of abstracting complex workflows into intuitive products with superlative
  • Creative in her own right yet also capable of marshaling a team of creatives towards a common goal

Requirements & Expectations

  • 3-4+ years designing at consumer facing or B2B2C companies
  • Strength in visual, brand and product experiences
  • Experience designing autonomously and working closely with technical product / engineering teams
  • Superb ability to communicate with business, technical, and product leaders
