How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) **Job Summary:** Delta Professional Services (DPS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Sales Coordinator** . This role bridges the gap between sales, client coordination, and flight operations logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for DPS clients and internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Client Coordination & Sales Support** + Serve as the primary liaison between DPS sales teams and external clients. + Coordinate client onboarding + Support sales initiatives by preparing proposals, tracking leads, and maintaining CRM data. + Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations. + Maintain and update customer databases, CRM systems, and sales records. + Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups between sales representatives and clients. + Track sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for management. + Support order processing, invoicing, and delivery coordination. + Liaise with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on sales activities. + Monitor inventory levels and product availability for sales planning. + **Cross-Functional Collaboration** + Work closely with Program Managers and technical teams to ensure operational excellence. + Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) + 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, client services, or flight operations support. + Strong organizational and communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM platforms. + Familiarity with FAA regulations and flight training environments is a plus. + Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. + Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with sales processes and customer service best practices. + Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. + Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles. + Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. + Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States. What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) + Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field preferred + Ability to identify issues and implement solutions to improve sales operations. + Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Sales Coordinators typically work in an office setting, collaborating closely with the sales team and other departments. Some positions may require occasional travel for client meetings or sales events.
