We seek a driven fitness enthusiast passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. The ideal candidate is flexible a team player reliable hardworking and an outstanding representative of our brand.This fulltime position requires weekday and weekend availability. A positive mindset and a strong desire to work in the fitness industry are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in management customer service community engagement and events sales andwork experience in the health & fitness industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The ClubManager is a passionate individual dedicated to helping members and guests enhance their lives through health and fitness. Key responsibilities include:

• Communicating effectively with team members and gym members
• Conducting tours and welcoming customers
• Engaging in community events andactivities
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym
• Managing membership and training sales
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Handling opening and closing duties
• Managing communications via phone email text and app
• Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong desire to work in the health and fitness industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• A friendly outgoing and warm demeanor
• Genuine and honest personality
• Flexible availability
• Technologically savvy
• Selfmotivated and proactive
• Experience in management customer service sales and thefitness industryis highly preferred
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid drivers license to apply

• Competitive pay: $17/hour Quarterly Performance Bonuses
