Fire Alarm Service Technician:
We are looking for reliable Fire Alarm/Suppression Field Technicians. This person must be detailed oriented, motivated, and can work independently or in a group environment. The job duties include:
- Programming of fire alarm and suppression control panels and devices
- Startup and testing of newly installed fire alarm and suppression systems
- Assist with checkouts and certification of new fire alarm and suppression systems with Fire Marshals/Code Officials
- Perform code-based inspections of fire alarm and suppression systems
- Perform repairs of deficient equipment on fire alarm and suppression systems
- Complete required inspection documentation in detail
- Perform routine service calls
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years previous Fire Alarm / Suppression experience required
- Able to be on rotating on-call
- HS Diploma
- Possess a valid driver’s license with good driving history
- Clean background
- Able to pass pre-employment drug test
- Able to work overtime
- Able to Travel
- NICET Certification a plus
- Prior Knowledge of Notifier and Xtralis products a plus
