Job Purpose This person will bring our brand to life on the ground and in stores with a creative, innovative approach that supports the growth of Bitchin' Sauce and drives in-store velocity. The Field Marketing Lead will continually analyze marketing needs and business goals based on current performance, anticipated sales, and desired outcomes. Bitchin' Sauce is looking for someone who is ready to problem solve and “get into the weeds” in order to make the magic happen. Duties and Responsibilities
- In-store Demos
o Positively representing the Bitchin' brand in a variety of settings o Memorizing brand history and company information and communicating that story o Conversing and engaging with a variety of people o Driving in-store sales and executing promotions - Work to ensure stellar in-store execution
- Communication with deli managers
- Verifying product is on shelf, tagged correctly
- Other merchandising support
- Communication and reporting to sales team
- Spread brand love and maintain strong regional relationships with local brands, influencers, venues, etc.
- Implement physical or digital marketing campaigns and regional strategy
- Strategize, build and execute integrated field campaigns
- Assist regional sales team as needed, including increasing brand awareness locally/regionally, and driving leads and MQLs for regional sales
- Analyze the market and your campaigns' performance
- Support various other marketing projects as needed
- Other tasks as they arise from time to time
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in field marketing, brand management, and/or brand ambassador work
- Responsible, self-motivated, dependable, and engaging
- Outgoing and personable, capable of nurturing relationships as well as engaging strangers
- Strong written and oral communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Adaptable to evolving environments and can take direction from multiple people
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate several internal processes, procedures, and vendor systems
- Ability and drive to improve processes and systems
- Positive attitude when faced with challenges, and have a warm, supportive, and enthusiastic mentality when leading our Specialists & Ambassadors.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, and are ready to wear multiple hats as needed.
Working Conditions - Employees are subject to Food Safety standards in the facility
- The Employee will be responsible for time sensitive tasks that may require specific working hours
- The Employee is granted remote privileges
- The Employee will be expected to travel multiple times a year
- The Employee should expect to lift heavy objects and spend 6-12 hours on his/her feet
- The Employee is expected to work in a full-time capacity
