Job Title: Field Appointment Setter

Hey there! Are you a people person who loves engaging with others? SOCO SOLAR is on the lookout for friendly and enthusiastic Field Appointment Setters to join our awesome team! In this role, you will hit the road and connect with potential customers, sharing our fantastic services and setting up appointments for our sales team. If you enjoy making new friends and helping people discover solutions, we’d love to have you on board!

What You’ll Do:

Meet and greet potential customers in various community settings to share what we offer.
Use your charm to explain the benefits of our services and generate interest.
Schedule appointments for our sales team, making it super easy for clients to connect.
Keep track of your interactions and follow up to ensure everyone feels valued.
Work with a supportive team, where your contributions truly matter!

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

A friendly, upbeat personality with great communication skills.
A bit of sales or customer service experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!
Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
Strong organizational skills and a knack for keeping things in order.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to different locations.
