Primary Responsibilities:
-Manage contracts, proposal, execution, site commissioning, and provide marketing support
-Coordinate and lead cross-disciplinary engineering teams to execute programs
-Develop and track schedules and budgets o Plan and execute delivery, commissioning, and coordinate warranty service Support business development in the authoring of proposals and marketing materials.
Requirements
-BS/MSC in engineering/science/business (electrical engineering preferred but not required)
-Excellent teamwork and communication skills, including the ability to provide leadership to ad- hoc teams
-Excellent writing skills with Word, Excel, Adobe software tools
-Experience with technical project management processes, including scheduling, estimation, requirements definition, and fiscal/technical reporting
-Valid Driver’s License
Additional Valuable Expertise and Skills:
Power Transformer design/manufacturing experience
T&D marketing/sales experience
Comprehension of Mandarin
Experience with T&D equipment
Experience in project management
Language:
