We are seeking a skilled FHA Underwriter to join our team. You will play a critical role in assessing loan risk, ensuring compliance, and driving business growth for our FHA loan portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Underwrite FHA loan applications, adhering to FHA guidelines and company policies.
* Analyze borrower credit, income, and asset information to determine eligibility.
* Evaluate property values and collateral to assess loan-to-value ratios.
* Ensure compliance with FHA regulations and quality control standards.
* Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the underwriting process.

**Qualifications:**

* Minimum of two years of mortgage underwriting experience, with a focus on FHA loans.
* DE designation required.
* In-depth knowledge of FHA guidelines and underwriting standards.
* Proficiency in underwriting software and systems (DU, LP).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
