Qualifications

• Education and Certification:
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Active NYS License
• Experience: Primary care or equivalent experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
