Job Description

Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to join a well-established Community health facility, see patients in an outpatient practice. Busy office and providers will see patients of all ages. They are staffed with other FNPs and part -time physicians and will not be working alone.
Salaried position including:
PTO: 80 hrs.
Paid Holidays
Personal time off: 16 hours
Sick time off: 40 hours
Unpaid time off: 40 hours

CME: $1,000.00 a year
Professional License Reimbursement
Qualify for student loan Repayment through HRSA
New FNP grads or experience
PA needs to have some primary care experience.
Located in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. Great area (15 minutes to Schaumberg and Arlington Heights) 45 minutes to downtown Chicago
