Job Summary: The Express Lube Technician at Envision Honda of Milpitas is a skilled professional responsible for performing basic vehicle maintenance services quickly and efficiently. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while conducting oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and other basic maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong automotive background and a passion for providing top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time, salaried position in the auto industry. • Perform basic vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, etc.
• Complete tasks according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
• Communicate with service advisors and customers to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and repair techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
