Job Description: Window Film / Window Tinter Installer (Texas)
Position Overview: We seek a highly skilled and experienced Window Film / Window Tinter Installer to join our team in Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing window films and tints on different types of windows. From commercial buildings and government facilities to residential homes, this position requires the ability to work efficiently and deliver excellent results in enhancing the appearance and functionality of windows.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough assessments of windows to determine the appropriate type and size of window film or tint required.
2. Properly prepare windows by cleaning and removing any impurities or debris before applying the film or tint.
3. Precisely measure and cut window film or tint to accurately fit each window's specific dimensions.
4. Expertly apply the window film or tint to ensure a neat, smooth installation without creases, bubbles, or imperfections.
5. Use appropriate tools and equipment to aid in the installation process.
6. Complete installations within allocated timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
7. Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and other team members
8. Maintain a clean and organized work area before, during, and after each installation project
9. Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
10. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and installation techniques to improve skills and continuously stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications: 1. Proven experience in installing window films and tints and/or willing to have on-site training.2. Extensive knowledge of various types of window films and tints, including their benefits and applications.3. Strongly understand different window types and their specific film/tint installation requirements.4. Proficiency in accurately measuring, cutting, and applying window films or tints.5. Excellent attention to detail and precision in delivering high-quality installations.6. Ability to work independently or as part of a team, managing multiple installation projects simultaneously.7. Customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with clients when needed.8. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy tools/equipment and work on ladders or elevated surfaces as necessary.9. Flexibility to work during weekends or outside regular business hours as per project demands.
