Summary:

Professional Skills and Responsibilities:

Maintain professional calendars for our CEO and COO coordinate and schedule meetings appointments conferences and make travel and accommodation arrangements; arrange food refreshments and run simple errands as needed.

Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties on behalf of executives.

Research collect and prepare agendas proposals documents letters memos presentations for meetings discussions and email communication. Ensure followup on action items.

Anticipate the needs of executives and offer solutions proactively.

Assist with project management and ensure deadlines are met.

Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Maintain office organization and support daily office operations.

Perform general clerical duties such as answering phone calls organizing digital files scanning photocopying mailing.

On occasion take the lead initiative in organizing events and gatherings.
