We are currently looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our Event Promotions team and contribute to our marketing, advertising, and public relations efforts.

Job Description :
As an Event Promotions Assistant in our marketing, advertising, and public relations department, you will support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns for a diverse range of clients. You will work closely with the event management and PR teams to ensure that all aspects of the promotion align with the brand message and create a strong connection with target audiences. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and advancement in the fields of marketing and PR.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and campaigns to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement event marketing strategies that align with client goals.
  • Support the advertising team in creating and distributing promotional materials (flyers, social media posts, etc.) to generate buzz around events.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to coordinate media coverage for events and ensure positive brand representation.
  • Engage with event attendees to deliver brand messaging, product demonstrations, and promotional offers.
  • Track and report on event performance, gathering feedback and providing insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Manage event logistics, including set-up, on-site coordination, and breakdown to ensure a seamless event experience.
  • Maintain relationships with event vendors, sponsors, and community partners to enhance event success.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market research to help shape event strategies.

Qualifications :

  • Strong interest in event marketing, advertising, and public relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for brand promotion and event execution.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Previous experience in marketing, event coordination, promotions, or public relations is a plus but not required.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed, for event schedules.
  • Reliable transportation to attend off-site events and promotions.
