Event Planner Assistant job at Solomon Page Burbank, CA, US

Job Description

Our client, a large entertainment studio in Burbank, is looking for an Event Planner Assistant to join their team for a 3 month contract!

Responsibilities:

Adding and updating in-person screenings across LA, NY and all regional markets
Managing and updating the screening caps per guild and group for each individual screening
Monitoring all guild and critics groups RSVPs along with cancellations and waitlists through the Swoogo RSVP software.
Sending out confirmation emails for attendees ahead of each screening – including all relevant information needed – and assisting the team in updating attendees
Uploading assets and materials on the website (Q&As, featurettes, press articles, etc.)
Pulling screening RSVPs for the teams ahead of each screening

Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field
2+ years of experience in streaming, events or awards
Experience using Swoogo RSVP software not required but a plus
