Job Description
Our client, a large entertainment studio in Burbank, is looking for an Event Planner Assistant to join their team for a 3 month contract!
Responsibilities:
- Adding and updating in-person screenings across LA, NY and all regional markets
- Managing and updating the screening caps per guild and group for each individual screening
- Monitoring all guild and critics groups RSVPs along with cancellations and waitlists through the Swoogo RSVP software.
- Sending out confirmation emails for attendees ahead of each screening – including all relevant information needed – and assisting the team in updating attendees
- Uploading assets and materials on the website (Q&As, featurettes, press articles, etc.)
- Pulling screening RSVPs for the teams ahead of each screening
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in streaming, events or awards
- Experience using Swoogo RSVP software not required but a plus
