We're looking for a talented Event Experience Designer to join our dynamic team! As the mastermind behind incredible events, you'll collaborate with clients and colleagues to craft unique experiences that move hearts, minds, and businesses forward.

Here's what you'll do:

Creative Collaborator: Work with sales and creative teams to develop stunning proposals and presentations that wow clients.
Event Architect: Design memorable event journeys, from transportation and entertainment to décor and activities.
Budget Boss: Develop detailed quotes, costings, and budgets to ensure events stay on track.
Supplier Whisperer: Research and build relationships with top vendors to secure the best services for each event.
Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues across departments to bring events to life seamlessly.
Lifelong Learner: Always be on the lookout for innovative event experiences and service offerings.
We're looking for someone with:

A bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 2+ years in events (DMC, hotel, corporate travel, etc.).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A knack for multitasking and staying organized under pressure.
The ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of the event industry and vendor landscape.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
A flexible and can-do attitude.
