We are seeking an organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our team in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will manage the logistics, coordination, and execution of various events, ensuring every detail aligns with our high standards. You will work closely with vendors, clients, and internal teams to deliver seamless events from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute corporate, promotional, and community events

  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers

  • Oversee event setup, on-site operations, and breakdown

  • Ensure events meet brand standards and client expectations

  • Handle last-minute changes and problem-solve in real time

  • Track post-event metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event planning or coordination (2+ years preferred)

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

  • Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings or weekends as required by events
