Job Type: Full-time, On-site Salary: $19 to $26 per hour Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and passionate Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish. Your creativity, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills will be key in delivering memorable experiences for our clients and their guests. Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a variety of events, including corporate functions, weddings, and community outreach programs.
• Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and preferences for each event.
• Research and book venues, catering services, and entertainment options that align with client objectives.
• Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure all financial approvals are met in a timely manner.
• Coordinate logistics such as set-up, registration, audio-visual needs, and breakdown of events.
• Oversee event staff and volunteers, delegating tasks and ensuring everyone is aligned with the event's goals.

Qualities We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an event coordinator or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
• Familiarity with event management software and tools.
