Event Coordinator duties:
-Coordinate event (workshop, conference, meeting, etc.)
-Source location; organize catering; invite and send out information and materials to attendees and speakers
-Check in; distribution and collection of event materials; organize break-out sessions, etc.
-Other duties as assigned
