We areis looking for a welcoming and organized Front Office Representative to manage our reception area and be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, ensuring that all interactions reflect the professionalism and creativity of our company.

Pay:

$20.50 - $31.50 per hour

Full time 

Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients as they arrive at the office.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting room bookings.
  • Handle basic inquiries and provide information about company services.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth front office operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and customer-oriented mindset.
