Job Description
Blue Print Out is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for planning, exceptional multitasking skills, and a client-focused mindset. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of events, from conception through completion, ensuring they run smoothly and meet business goals.
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute company and client events from start to finish
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other external partners
Create and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics
Supervise on-site event setup and breakdown
Monitor event progress and resolve any issues that arise
Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment
Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
1–3 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project planning tools
