Job Overview Pavemaster Asphalt Paving LLC is seeking a motivated Estimator to join our Sales & Client Relations team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, developing strong client relationships, and driving business growth in the commercial, industrial, and government sectors. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, charismatic, and has a passion for building trust with clients while delivering exceptional service. Learn more about us at . Key Responsibilities - Prepare detailed cost estimates for asphalt paving, sitework, and civil construction projects.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and requirements to ensure accurate proposals.
- Maintain and grow client relationships, with a focus on property management and government contracting sectors.
- Lead bid preparation, submission, and follow-up processes to secure profitable work.
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure estimates align with production capabilities.
- Track project costs, profitability, and performance for continuous improvement.
- Represent Pavemaster at client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events.
- Support sales and business development efforts by identifying new leads and opportunities.
Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in estimating, sales, or client relations (civil construction or sitework preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a charismatic and professional presence.
- Experience working with property management and/or government contracting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with computer applications (Excel, estimating software, CRM systems, etc.).
- High School Diploma or GED required; higher education or industry training a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to team success.

Schedule - Full-time, Monday - Friday
