Our Business Tax team is seeking a talented professional with a background in public accounting and expertise with real estate clients. This role will work closely with the Business Tax Services leader to develop and assist in growing our services with real estate clients and will serve an instrumental role by upholding our reputation with clients that we care!

You will have the opportunity to work a flexible schedule including 100% remote, 100% in office, or a combination of both with a hybrid schedule!

Primary Responsibilities:

- Review of complex tax returns
- Year-end and general tax planning
- Oversee complex tax research projects
- Supervise, train, and mentor experienced professionals
- Manage all aspects of client services and foster client relationships
- Manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously
- Assist in department initiatives

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Active CPA license
- 10+ years of public accounting experience in Business Tax with a focus on real estate clients
- Ability to manage and mentor staff
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Capacity to manage multiple projects
- Advanced technical knowledge of tax concepts and the ability to apply these services to various client situations

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
