We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing legal team. As an Estate Planning Attorney , you will work with individuals and families to create comprehensive estate plans that address their unique needs and goals. This is an excellent opportunity for an Estate Planning Attorney who is passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of estate law.
Responsibilities:
* Provide expert legal advice on estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents.
* Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents for clients.
* Guide clients through the estate administration process, including probate and trust administration.
* Work collaboratively with other legal professionals to ensure clients' estates are properly planned and executed.
* Stay current on changes in estate planning laws and regulations to provide the best possible service to clients.
Qualifications:
* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
* Licensed to practice law in the state.
* Minimum of 3+ years of experience in estate planning.
* Strong knowledge of estate planning law, including tax considerations and trust administration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
