Responsibilities

• Represent clients in estate litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, and breach of fiduciary duty claims.
• Provide legal advice to clients on matters related to estate planning, including probate and tax issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and pleadings.
• Attend court hearings and trials and argue before judges and juries.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies and ensure the best results for clients.
• Build relationships with clients and maintain regular communication to keep them informed about the progress of their cases.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state in which you will work.
• At least 3 years of experience practicing estate litigation law
