We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative ESPON Robot Programming Specialist to join our team. As an ESPON Robot Programming Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robotic programs to optimize the performance and functionality of ESPON robots in various industrial settings. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring efficient and precise operations, contributing to the advancement of our automation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop, debug, and maintain robotic programs for ESPON robots, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design solutions that meet operational needs.
Program robots to perform tasks such as material handling, assembly, welding, painting, and other industrial processes.
Customize robot programs to integrate with existing manufacturing systems and equipment.
Conduct testing and validation of robotic programs to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.
Implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any issues related to robotic programming.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in robot programming to continuously improve processes and capabilities.
Document programming codes, processes, and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Train and mentor team members on robot programming techniques and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in programming ESPON robots, with proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or ROS (Robot Operating System).
Strong understanding of robotic systems, kinematics, dynamics, and motion control principles.
Experience with robotic simulation software (e.g., RobotStudio, ROS-Industrial) is highly desirable.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for robot trajectory planning and simulation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in industrial automation or manufacturing environments is a plus.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to robotic systems.
