Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor operations to maintain product quality and equipment performance, including final quality control checks.
  • Alert QC Representative and cell leader/shift supervisor to any quality issues.
  • Conduct machinery repairs, adjustments, and troubleshooting, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of departmental products, raw materials, and quality specifications.
  • Document production activities accurately and keep work area clean and organized.
  • Support production by delivering materials and parts as required.
  • Assist in developing corrective strategies for equipment or operator issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks and coordinate additional repairs.
  • Manage inventory of critical machine repair components.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and propose process improvements.

Experience Required

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of industrial/manufacturing experience.

Skills & Certifications

  • Machinery operation and maintenance.
  • Quality control and troubleshooting.
  • Documentation and inventory management.
  • Safety procedures and continuous improvement.

Eligibilities & qualifications

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of industrial/manufacturing experience.
