Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor operations to maintain product quality and equipment performance, including final quality control checks.
- Alert QC Representative and cell leader/shift supervisor to any quality issues.
- Conduct machinery repairs, adjustments, and troubleshooting, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of departmental products, raw materials, and quality specifications.
- Document production activities accurately and keep work area clean and organized.
- Support production by delivering materials and parts as required.
- Assist in developing corrective strategies for equipment or operator issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks and coordinate additional repairs.
- Manage inventory of critical machine repair components.
- Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and propose process improvements.
Experience Required
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of industrial/manufacturing experience.
Skills & Certifications
- Machinery operation and maintenance.
- Quality control and troubleshooting.
- Documentation and inventory management.
- Safety procedures and continuous improvement.
