Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Epic Dorothy Comfort Analyst for a net new implementation project. This primarily remote role involves leading the implementation and build of Epic Dorothy Comfort for a clinical/home health environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and build of the Epic Dorothy Comfort system.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
Perform system configuration, testing, and validation of the Epic Dorothy Comfort module.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the system.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of the system build and configuration.
Ensure the system meets clinical and operational needs of the client.
Primary Skills:
Epic Dorothy and Comfort Clinical Certifications.
3+ years of Dorothy Comfort build experience.
3+ full Dorothy Comfort implementations.
Secondary Skills:
Experience with additional Epic modules and integrations.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of successful Epic Dorothy Comfort implementations.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
