By automating transcription and call analysis, we help agencies improve efficiency, compliance, and client care—without the burden of manual note-taking or missed details. We serve a fast-growing market of small to mid-sized home care providers across the U.S.
We’re looking for a motivated, coachable Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This is a client-facing role where you'll be introducing prospects to our product, scheduling and conducting demos, and helping guide them through the sales and onboarding process.
You’ll work closely with our implementation and billing teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to activation.
Reach out to prospective home care agencies via phone, email, and social media
Schedule and conduct virtual demos of the EnkiScribe platform
Effectively communicate product value and answer basic technical/product questions
Prepare and issue contracts
Collaborate with the implementation and billing teams to ensure timely client onboarding
Maintain activity records in CRM and meet weekly/monthly performance targets
0–2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Tech-savvy and comfortable demonstrating SaaS platforms via Zoom or video call
Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to learn quickly and follow a structured sales process
A passion for technology and improving care in the home health sector
Familiarity with the home care or healthcare services industry
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Previous involvement in startup or fast-paced sales environments
Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
