Entry Level Sales Associate - Staffing Cincy/NKY

We are looking for an enthusiastic, goal oriented Sales Associate to make drops, build rapport with clients, and set appointments for our sales team. If you are a driven person looking for a position offering advancement opportunities within the staffing industry, this is the team for you! In most cases this position will provide the first impression of our team. We are looking for candidates capable of effectively communicating our message and creating future clients for our team.

Qualifications :

• Minimum High School Diploma, College preferred
• Familiar with CRM or similar system helpful
• Previous B2B sales experience helpful
• Familiar with Microsoft and Google Suite applications
• Excellent customer service skills

Schedule :

Monday - Friday |  First Shift

Pay :

$18/hr base plus strong incentive compensation
