Job Description

Overview:

Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized architectural and engineering firm, is experiencing unprecedented growth. As a result, a full-time position is available for an entry level architect in our Chicago, IL office.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include design and production of architectural construction documents, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for any size project; coordinating with multi-disciplinary in-house team members and sub-consultants; and working closely with clients and contractor/developer design/build partners.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Bachelors or master’s professional degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited college or university

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Experience designing and documenting projects in Revit and SketchUp or Rhino
  • Experience developing project deliverables from pre-design to closeout
  • Architectural internship experience
  • Ability or desire to pursue licensure preferred
