Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Appointment Dispatcher at Globe Life AIL. The Appointment Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling and managing appointments, coordinating with sales representatives, and maintaining accurate records of appointments. The role also involves ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team, and providing excellent customer service.

No previous experience required, however the following qualifications are an asset:

  • Appointment scheduling and coordination skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in English and reading
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting
  • Experience with CRM software or appointment scheduling tools
  • Previous experience in sales support or administration is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Must be 18 years old or over, live in the United States or Canada, and must have access to computer, internet, and cellphone.
