Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for an Energy Attorney. The attorney will be responsible for acting as an energy expert advising on regulatory, tax, policy, and general compliance matters.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the United States
Portable book of business
Background in corporate law
Demonstrated experience advising clients on the energy sector including infrastructure, oil and gas, renewables, and power
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
