Key Responsibilities

Virtualization Infrastructure

• Provide operational support and perform security remediation for the Citrix XenApp environment.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in VMware and Horizon VDI.
• Maintain and support the Horizon imaging process.

Workstation Infrastructure

• Manage and support Windows 10/11 environments, including patch management and security hardening via MECM and other tools.
• Perform software end-of-life remediation and deploy security packages as needed.
• Lead the patching and remediation of workstations, virtual desktops, and printers.
• Create and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Automate tasks using PowerShell, Power CLI, Power Query in Excel, and Batch scripting.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex IT support issues.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, coordinate and track security remediation efforts.
• Research and remediate outdated hardware and software components.
• Provide support to IT audit processes by compiling required evidence and documentation.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of procedures and systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in PowerShell / Power CLI scripting and task automation.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11 OS and endpoint management tools.
• Strong expertise in VMware, Horizon View, and Citrix virtualization platforms.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
