Emergency Medicine Physician Trauma | Up to $550K + $100K Bonus

Location: Bismarck, ND | Type: Full-Time | Work Model: On-Site

Compensation: Up to $550,000+/year | ️ Malpractice + Epic EHR | $100K Sign-On Bonus

This exclusive opportunity is available only to ABEM-certified Emergency Medicine Physicians who are passionate about trauma care and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Enjoy 10-hour shifts , a flexible schedule , multiple compensation models (W2 or 1099), and up to $100,000 in bonuses for those relocating into the community.

Compensation Breakdown:

W2 (Live Locally):

• $250/hr + $10/hr quality bonus

• Approx. $540,800/year based on 2,080 hours

1099 (Live Locally):

• $275/hr + $10/hr quality bonus

1099 (Travel Physician):

• $285/hr

Bonus:

• $100,000 sign-on bonus (forgivable over 3 years for local hires only)

• Paid professional liability insurance for all work models

Schedule:

• Full-time role with 10-hour shifts

• Day, night, and weekend rotations

• 40 hours/day of physician coverage

• Predictable, balanced scheduling

Required Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM only)

• Minimum of 2 years emergency experience preferred

• ️ Proven experience in Level II Trauma Centers or academic settings

• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS (required)

• Eligible for North Dakota Medical License

• Experience using Epic EHR preferred

• Confident, collaborative, and trauma-savvy with strong procedural skills

• Must be comfortable treating patients of all ages and managing critical cases
