Email & Digital Marketing Designer Location Plano, TX : Overview: Job Title: Email & Digital Marketing Designer Employer: PepsiCo, Inc. Location: 7701 Legacy Drive, Plano, TX 75024 Responsibilities: Duties: Design and code marketing Email deliveries on email delivery platforms (Salesforce and Mailchimp) using HTML and CSS skills. Develop all assets used in email marketing including banners, animations, lifestyle, and product bundle images using Adobe Creative Suite software. Partner with the eComm Email Marketing Specialist and other business owners to create concepts and campaigns which reflect brand look/feel/voice while achieving business objectives. Develop and implement design best practices for optimizing delivery and open rates, click through rates, revenue growth, and other KPIs. Build relationships with brand marketing teams and their respective agencies, helping to identify opportunities to integrate eCommerce creative into existing media and vice versa. Build and maintain a library of eCommerce creative and digital brand assets. Support ad hoc direct-to-consumer creative needs, such as the development of on-site banners, social ads, and other digital media. Provide UI/UX guidance on various D2C, B2B, automation, and tech-related initiatives. Telecommuting permitted 40%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the office. Qualifications: Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Graphic Design or Advertising and at least four (4) years in offered, or related design role. Must have four (4) years in: graphic design in Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite. Must have three (3) years in: leading the creative development of email marketing programs; production of creative assets driving click-through and conversion-to-purchase; synthesizing information and insights from a creative brief to produce impactful designs; project management and driving results in complex, multi-stakeholder environments; coding in HTML; coding in CSS. Must have two (2) years in: email delivery management in Salesforce or Mailchimp. Salary: $74,568 - $100,000/year QUALIFIED APPLICANTS: Visit and search req ID #297229 or job title.
