We're Hiring an Elementary School Secretary!

Are you a detail-oriented, organized individual with a passion for education? St. Francis Indian School AKA Sicangu Oyate Ho Inc. is seeking a dedicated Elementary School Secretary to join our team in St. Francis, SD.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the elementary school staff
• Manage school records, including student files and attendance
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating school events
• Answer phone calls and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a school setting preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• High school diploma or equivalent
