What You'll Do

eCommerce Execution

  • Enhance online presence by executing brand-level and product-level eCommerce plans
    • Manage new item setups, content maintenance, and rich media uploads
  • Drive demand generation by implementing on-site merchandising and email campaigns
    • Optimize first-in-search strategies and manage ratings & reviews
  • Analyze data metrics to maximize execution of eCommerce plans
    • Provide insights and recommendations for future strategies

Collaboration

  • Work closely with eCommerce leadership and key account teams
    • Partner with content creators and business divisions to source new content
  • Optimize catalog by reconciling duplicate or obsolete product listings
    • Implement best practices to improve SKU counts and product pages

Strategic Planning

  • Influence future plans by delivering metrics that help define go-forward eCommerce strategies
  • Understand account system capabilities and limitations
    • Propose changes to leadership to achieve optimal outcomes

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 3 years in online/site merchandising, digital marketing, digital sales support, or marketplace management
    • 5 years preferred in site merchandising or online marketing environments
  • Skills
    • Experience with Amazon Seller Central (Preferred)
    • Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
    • Experience with third-party software and partner portals
    • Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork abilities
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
