POSITION SUMMARY:
We seek a dynamic and experienced part-time eCommerce Retention & Marketing Manager to join our team.
We are more than just a supplement company; we are a community. We strive to create a space where Black women can find support, share their experiences, and access reliable health information. Through our blog, social media channels, and community events, we aim to educate and inspire our customers to live their healthiest lives.
The ideal candidate will develop and execute new strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty. This role is critical to increasing lifetime value and brand advocacy.

Monthly Salary: Up to $6,000, depending on experience, based in the US.
Bonus Details: Bonus opportunities of up to 8% - 10% of annual salary
