We are looking for a full-time eCommerce data entry/sales coordinator. Ecommerce is a quickly growing division of our company and this role has many future growth opportunities.

This position will report to the E-Commerce Account Manager and assist with tasks such as data entry, e-catalog maintenance, product portfolio optimization and account strategy implementation. This role will play a large part in over-seeing and maintaining the operations of our Drop Ship Program. Some customer interaction and relationship building are required of the role.

This role requires someone who is self-motivated, has excellent communication and Microsoft software skills, is organized, and enjoys problem-solving projects.

Duties and responsibilities

Maintain and optimize eCommerce catalog. This includes enhancing copy or bullet points, organizing spec list to be most efficient for the customers and error proofing.

Enter and track orders while working with the warehouse team to ensure proper shipping and delivery to the end consumer.

Perform ongoing maintenance and website audits for eCommerce retailers to check for any inaccuracies appearing in product descriptions, specifications, images, etc.

Communicate with customers any program updates such as price changes, new product launches, discontinued items, weekly inventory levels, etc.

Help with strategy and implementation to grow the drop ship program and other key eCommerce initiatives.

Resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a timely manner and deliver satisfying customer experiences.

Bring attention to barriers to efficiency and help create new procedures to ensure a streamlined workflow.

Work collaboratively with internal teams (i.e., Sales, Marketing and Design) to coordinate new product roll outs and create a calendar of communication/email marketing blasts to engage our customers year-round.

Address pricing violations and audit eCommerce and flash sites periodically, ensuring conformity and compliance.

Support maintaining a safe working environment and focuses on safe work habits.

Maintain a focus on continuous learning that will enhance skill sets and growth opportunities.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy

Demonstrated high proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of software, most specifically Excel

Qualifications

A 4 year bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field and/or equivalent experience

2 or more years experience in eCommerce operations or digital marketing

2 or more years of retail/eCommerce/buying/planning and visual merchandising experience

Experience with Google and/or eCommerce analytics a plus

Understanding of digital space and a passion for online shopping

Prolonged use of computer involved; use of hands and finger coordination; Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision. Color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. 

Speech clarity   requires the ability to speak clearly so others can understand you.

Carrying, Pushing, Pulling boxes and sample orders up to 50 lbs.

Working at trade shows for up to 10 hours per day during Market times, to include standing and walking
