- This is a full time 100% On-Site W2 job.
- The candidate must have active TS/SCI clearance.
Position Responsibilities:
- Supporting document retrieval, conversion, archiving and storage processes.
- Performing inventory, staging, tagging, labeling, and cataloging archival documents.
- Performing electronic conversion through scanning and archiving physical documents.
- Extracting document related metadata information for enterprise applications.
- Performing document recovery, replacement, and assignment per requirements.
- Maintaining tracking systems for each aspect of document management process.
- Maintaining and managing document repositories for various processing activities.
- Performing search and retrieval of sought after documents through efficient searching.
- Logging and managing document-level activity to efficiently track process progress.
- Producing regular tracking reports for each document management process activity.
- Performing document standardization tasks including document re-formatting, re-alignment, pagination, justification, font standardization, footnotes/bookmarks management, spell check, and renaming according to established naming conventions.
- Performing data cleansing using defined remediation guidelines and business rules.

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Access, Adobe Acrobat
Requirements
Basic Requirement:
- College Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience.
- TS/SCI Clearance is must.
- Demonstrated experience in records and document management concepts.
- Thorough understanding or electronic document management and filing environments.
- Experience in conversion of documents to electronic format through scanning process.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office productivity suite for document management specifically labeling, mail merge, and spreadsheet management.
- Ability to handle, process, and safeguard classified and/or sensitive materials with utmost care.
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of document staging environments like: Microsoft Windows Explorer, Active Directory, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Ability to perform data entry using Microsoft Access database forms or Microsoft SharePoint lists to preserve document-level information.
- Ability to log, track, and trace document through various document management processes.
- Ability to produce accountabilities for all documents managed through any process.
- Ability to produce fast and error-free type-written copies of un-scannable documents.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment through self-management of tasks, deliverables, and timelines.
- Ability to develop efficient processes to manage high-volume workload.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
