A Brief Overview

Manage all Imaging that reside within the Heartland Bank Imaging System working to maximize efficiencies and quality control procedures.

What you will do

• Provide exceptional support to our branch employees.
• Furnish detailed departmental procedures.
• Interact with staff regarding scanning concerns or questions.
• Daily imaging of barcoded documents.
• Quality control of daily processed files.
• Execute Document Recalls for Audit Purposes.
• Prepare required documents for Audits.
• Clean & maintain scanning equipment, arranging service when needed.
• Other scanning projects as assigned.

Other Qualifications/Requirements

• Serve as primary backup to the mail clerk.
• Staples supply ordering.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
